Aperture Abroad Logos
[Process] As with a lot of my current design work, I start with a photo. I like for there to be some "real world" in the DNA of the design. Then through some vector magic, I get an image I can play with that will be malleable while keeping visual fidelity. Sprinkle on some text, and you have my design work.
[Subject] The "Aperture Abroad" logos are a combination of a bird photo taken in Japan, mixed with a simple design of an aperture. Fused together for my travel vlog & photography YouTube channel.
